We provide consultancy services and workshops that help orchardists and farmers improve productivity, sustainability, and profitability in agriculture and horticulture.
We support successful orchards through careful planning, regular pruning, pest management, fertilization, disease monitoring, and well-timed harvesting. Each year, our technical team shares practical field guidance with established orchardists across Kunduz province and the covered districts.
We use leased land to expand our operational footprint without the capital cost of purchasing property, while remaining flexible and responsive to crop demand and new agricultural opportunities.
We select land based on soil quality, climate conditions, and proximity to markets so that production conditions remain strong and our land-use model continues to support sustainable farming and local economic activity.
We currently manage almost 200 jeribs in Chahardara district of Kunduz province, including grape, stone-fruit, and pome-fruit orchards supported by 20 to 30 contracted daily workers.
